What additional features does Plasma cutting machine have?
With the development of plasma cutting machines, according to customer feedback and market demands, we have developed some additional functions on the existing plasma cutting machines to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Plasma cutting machine with flame cutting system
The flame cutting system is used to cut thick carbon steel plates. The desktop plasma model can be equipped with an ordinary flame cutting system, and the maximum thickness of carbon steel can be cut 150mm. The gantry plasma model can add industrial flame cutting system, and can cut carbon steel up to 300mm thick.
In addition, flame cutting requires oxygen and propane (or acetylene).
Plasma cutting machine with drilling system
When the plasma cutting machine cuts very small holes, because of the working principle of the plasma itself, so the plasma cutting machine cannot cut very well when cutting small diameter round holes. Generally, for plates with a thickness of less than 10mm, the best cutting aperture of the round hole is 10mm. If it is a plate with a thickness of more than 10mm, the relationship between the cutting thickness and the best cutting hole diameter is 1:1. For example, a plate with a thickness of 15mm can cut 15mm diameter round hole well.
However, there are some customers who need to machine some small diameter holes in the metal sheet. Therefore, we developed a drilling and cutting system, which can perfectly process small holes of 2-13mm through the drill head，the max thickness of the hole is 30mm.
We can adjust the rotation speed of the drill according to the thickness of the material. So we can improve work efficiency and protect the drill.
And our drilling system use spray system to effectively cool the drill bit, which protects the life of the drill bit and speeds up the drilling, while other factories do not use this cooling or simply use water column cooling.

We use professional double cylinder and U-shaped pressure plate to keep the plate fixed during work.
Plasma cutting machine with marking system
Some customers need to mark patterns or other information on the metal sheet, we add a marking pneumatic needle next to the plasma cutting head, which can mark on the metal surface.
In this way, customers do not need to buy a marking machine separately, which can save a lot of money.
Plasma cutting machine with fiber laser cutting
The fiber plasma 2 in 1 cutting machine is an economical machine developed for the actual needs of the sheet metal processing industry. The cost-effectiveness of this machine is very high. At present, both desktop models and gantry models can add fiber cutting parts. Plasma cutting machine with rotary(for pipe and tube cutting)
Many customers need to cut metal pipes in addition to sheet metal. We can add a rotating shaft next to the machine to realize the cutting of pipes, and we can cut some patterns on the pipes and make some shapes. There are two kinds of rotating shafts installed separately. The first one is that it can only cut round tubes, and the price is relatively cheap. The second is that both round and square tubes can be cut, and the price is more expensive. It is the rotating shaft of the double chuck. If the customer mainly cuts the round pipe, the square pipe only needs to be simply cut off, then it is more appropriate to choose the first one. We can bring a separate profile sawing machine for the customer, which can cut the square pipe.
