The daily maintenance of ordinary CNC router
Before working :
1. Cleaning the exposed guide surface and sliding surface of the machine and add oil on it.
2. Lubricating each part as required.
3. Checking the position of each handle.
4. Testing without material.
During working :
1. Strictly abiding by the operating procedures and regulations.
2. Pay attention to the condition of the machine operating at any time, and dealing with any abnormality in time.
After working:
1. Cleaning up all the scrap material.
2. Cleaning all parts of the machine.
3.Putting the parts in place
During weekend:
1. Wiping all parts of the machine, and keep the color of the machine.
2. Checking whether the fastener is loose.
3. Checking and cleaning wool and felt.
4. Lubricating all the parts.
