When using the machine, there are many precautions to keep in mind. The first is the cleaning of our optical lens. Due to the working environment, the optical lens may be polluted after a period of using. If it is not maintained in time, dust will corrode the lens coating. , The lens with damaged coating cannot reflect light and pass the laser. On the contrary, it will absorb the heat of the laser, which will affect the marking effect and easily cause lens cracks. When cleaning the lens, please use lens paper or absorbent cotton to rotate the cleaning center to the edge of the lens along with medical alcohol (Note: Do not wipe or touch the lens with rough materials)
①The lens should be wiped lightly without damaging the surface coating
②The wiping process should be gentle to prevent falling
③ Wipe the lens, do not wipe back and forth, do not brush with rough materials, because the lens has a metal film, which will damage the film and attenuate the laser energy.
④ Wipe with absorbent cotton can only be used once. After wiping, check that no cotton thread or other residues are left, and keep the alcohol completely volatilized before starting.
