1,We produce machine for many years, have rich experience and professional knowledge, we will let you get the most suitable machine with the right configuration. 2,If use the plasma cutting machine to cut the the thick meal, have to use the arc height adjust system, while our height adjust system use the high sensor, one minute can send out 12,000 signal per minute, while other height adjust system usually send out 10000 signal per minute, so our cutting quality more better than other factory and cutting speed a litter faster than the same power plasma source.
3,we have equipped the two exhaust fan and two pipes for take the cutting smoke out , front fan will blow to back, the back fan will exhaust the smoke out from the machine and out from the room. we pay much attention to environment protection, and our target is to let customer working in a good environment.This way, will efficiency to let the workshop in the good environment. While other factory does not equip exhaust fan or only have one.
4,All our machines have to be checked 3 times, then can be allowed to send out, and just because our machine all equipped the professional parts, test more seriously for the whole machine, so our guarantee period it is 2 years,while other factory only for 1 year.
5.When we delivery,we will put one U disk into the package, when the customer received the machine, can easy check many details teaching video from the U disk ,then do the easy operation, in the video nearly like hand by hand do the teaching job, so can let the customer in the shot time to let the machine create the profit.
6, we have professional after sales service engineer team, and they all can speak English. when customers have any questions, we will make a talking group on WhatsApp, add customer and our engineer in it, to solve the problem for customer in time. While other supplies don't have such service.
7, we will free equip with big air compressor (USD 410) for your machine, before shipping we will set all parameters, when you get the machine, you can use it directly, we can make sure, all the necessary parts for the machine working are all included. While other factories in order to save the cost, they usually don’t offer it, after getting the machine, you have to spend extra money to buy it in your local place.
8, The painting: all our machine body have been processed by professional anti-rust treatment. First, we spray 2 times anti-rust paint to ensure that all parts of the machine in a fully protected state, and then spray color. This can effectively prevent the machine rust, resulting in damage to the machine. Other manufacturers do not take anti-rust treatment or only spay 1 time rust paint.
9, Machine structure is designed by famous mechanical professor, to add many columns for each bean. So that the machine body can bear more weight for large, thick metal sheets without deforming. But some small factories will not add these parts for saving cost, their machine is easy to deform for thick metal.
10, the teeth of our racks (ie, the distance between the two teeth) are 1.25 mm, while the other manufacturers are 1.5 mm. So that our machine cutting accuracy is far better than other manufacturers.
11, Our software has automatic correction function, if the metal plate put slant, software can automatically correct, so that it can effectively ensure good cutting results, if the large gantry cutting large sheet or precious plate, if no with this function, in case one parts bad cut, it will cause the whole metal sheet waste, this is a larger loss.
12, We all use super soft shielded cable to ensure that the plasma power supply won’t affect the motor when working.
13, Our control panel is more easy to check the detail menu. Besides, our machine support different language, such as English, Japanese, Czech, Spanish, Russian, French, Slovakian etc.
14, Our machines adopts column integration, it is is cast iron, without any welding. this integrated design has no cutting seam, to let the machines accuracy more higher. So machines will also use more longer relatively. while most of the other suppliers use cutting seam design, the cutting seam is relatively large, so it is easy to be effected by hot and cold weather, if long time working, it affect the machine accuracy seriously.
15, About our plasma machine, we use few quick connectors. And we already mark the number for the connectors. When you receive the machine, you just need to connect the connectors. No need any tools. No need to connect a very large number lines to install the machine. You can use and let the machine work successfully within 10 minutes. While other factory don’t have this method, it will make you very confused, and waste you lots of time.
