Routine maintenance:
If the ambient temperature exceeds 30 degrees, less than 18 degrees, there is too much dust, and the air pollution is serious, the machine is seriously damaged and the failure rate rises; the humid environment makes all electrical accessories very fragile.
1.Change the water and clean the water chiller system
Please note that before working, the laser tube must be filled with irritating water and no bubbles.
The water quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube.
It is strongly recommended to use pure water, the water temperature should be controlled below 35 degrees Celsius, if the circulating water temperature exceeds 35C, please replace the circulating water to reduce the temperature. It may be possible to add ice to the water to keep it cool (recommendation: choose industrial water or use two water tanks together.)
Cleaning the water chiller system :
1)turn off the power, pull out the water inlet pipe, and let the water in the water pipe flow into the water tank automatically.
2)open the water tank, remove the water pump, and remove the dirt from the water pump.
3)After cleaning the water chiller, replace the circulating water, put the water pump into the water tank, and reconnect the water pump tube and the water inlet of the laser tube. Please complete the plug-and-play water pump operation for 2-3 minutes (fill the laser tube with circulating water)
2. Clean the exhaust fan
After using the exhaust fan for a long time, dust will accumulate inside the fan, so it will generate a lot of noise, and will not be conducive to exhaust and remove odors.
When the smoke is not enough to discharge or the suction is not enough, please turn off the power first. Please empty the duct of the exhaust fan to clean the inside, then make the fan stand upright, and move the fan blades inward for a good cleaning. Then assemble the exhaust fan well.
3. Clean the mirror
Tips: Clean the mirror before going to work every day. Please turn off the power of the laser machine when cleaning.
The optical path of the laser machine has 3 reflecting mirrors and 1 focusing lens. (The first mirror is located at the exit of the laser beam).
The second mirror is located on the left side of the beam of the laser machine.
The third mirror is located at the upper part inside the laser head. The focusing lens is located at the bottom of the laser head.
It can be adjusted up and down. Laser First it is reflected by the reflector. Then it is focused into the laser head through the focusing lens.
The mirror is easily contaminated by dust or other contaminants to waste the laser or damage the mirror. The first reflector and the second reflector cannot be disassembled. You can use special Wipe the lens paper and cleaning fluid from the inside out.
The third reflector and focusing lens are required to come out of the laser head for cleaning. After cleaning, please install them as before.
Note: The lens should be wiped gently, not to damage the surface coating ; When wiping, it should be handled lightly and handled carefully. When installing, please make sure that the concave surface of the focusing lens is facing down
4. Clean the rail
Please clean the guide rail once every half a month. The laser power must be turned off.
Guide rails and linear axes are the key components of the laser machine and are used to support and guide movement during work.
In order to maintain high precision during processing, high-quality guide rails and linear axis built-in laser machines must be equipped to ensure excellent guiding force and stable movement.
During the working process, the surface of the guide rail or linear axis will be covered with some dust and waste, which will affect the accuracy and contaminate its guide rail and linear axis, thereby shortening the service life. Therefore, please maintain the guide rail and linear guide rail daily to make it work stably and with high precision.
Note: Please prepare dry cotton and lubricating oil to clean the guide rail (sewing machine oil can be used)
5. Tighten the screws and the coupling
The first tightening is about a month later
6. Check the laser optical path
The laser optical path system of the laser machine is composed of a reflecting mirror and a condenser focusing together. The focusing lens has no movement problem, but the mirror is fixed by mechanical parts. Therefore, there may be migration issues. Before working, please check whether the laser path is good.
7.Machine synchronous belt, and synchronous belt rotation
Adjustment method: Adjust the timing belt of X axis and Y axis to proper tension. When adjusting the timing belt of the motor driver, when pressing the middle of the timing belt, the settlement at both ends should be centered on the center distance.
Note: If the belt is adjusted too tight, it will not only make the drive belt easy to stretch and deform, but also accelerate bearing wear; if it is too slack, it will reduce the driving accuracy and sensitivity.
Therefore, the tension of the timing belt should be adjusted to the best state.
Adjust the timing of the timing belt on the Y axis so that it has the proper tightness, and the tension on both sides of the timing belt is consistent.
Therefore, the timing belt will move steadily to maintain a high-quality processing effect.
The timing belt should be kept away from oil or chemicals, free of acidic alkali oil and organic solvents, and keep the timing belt dry and clean. The rubber of the timing belt has aging problems. If the rubber of the timing belt is severely aged (or worn), a new belt must be replaced immediately. Please note whether the weather of the timing belt matches the rotation of the timing belt. After using for a period of time, the rotation of the synchronous belt will be loose or worn, so it must be replaced in time and locked tightly.
