2.Our files are normally created in Corel Draw, is it an easy process to use Corel Draw files. What file types are able to be used ?
EZCAD software support design with PLT. DXF file, these file are Vector file, you can use coreldraw to design it, and save as plt. dxf file, then enter to EZCAD Software, we have video and manual to teach you how to enter the dxf plt file. Vector file also Including DXF, AI, BMP, DST, DWG, DXP, LAS, PLT files type, all of them are OK.
3.We USE 110v Voltage, do you have Power supply is 110 V? Cause we use 110V in US?
110V power supply have no problems for Bogong laser marking machine.
4.20w or 30w or 50W fiber laser marking machine, which one would better?
30w machine is better. because the price is a little different, and 30W can do a little depth on metal, if you want cut work on gold siver 1mm, then choose 50W, if deep engraving around 1mm,then choose power 50W or more.
5.I want to cut 0.1mm steel, 20w fiber laser marking machine ok?
No problem for 0.1mm steel. gold or siver.
