1.Preparation before turning on the machine
1). Check the structure of the laser welding machine power supply, whether the water circulation is normal;
2). Check whether the gas connection of the equipment in the machine is normal;
3). Check the surface of the machine for dust, mottling, oil stains, etc
2.Turn on the machine
1). Turn on the power and turn on the main power switch;
2). Turn on the water cooler and laser generator in sequence;
3). Open the argon valve and adjust the gas flow;
4). Enter the current working parameters to be executed
5). Perform welding operation;
3. Turn off the machine
1). Exit the program and turn off the laser generator;
2). Turn off the dust collector, water cooler and other equipment in order;
3). Close the argon cylinder valve;
4). Turn off the main power switch
4. Attention for machine operation
1). In the process of operating the laser welding machine, if you encounter an emergency (water leakage, abnormal sound of the laser, etc.), you need to press the emergency stop immediately and quickly cut off the power,
2). The external circulating water switch of laser welding must be turned on before operation;
3). Because the laser system uses water cooling, and the laser power supply uses wind cooling, if the cooling system fails, it is strictly forbidden to work;
4). Do not disassemble any parts in the machine at will, and do not weld when the safety door of the machine is open. It is strictly forbidden to look directly at the laser or reflect the laser when the laser is working, and face the laser welding head with the eye to avoid eye damage;
5). Do not place flammable and explosive materials on the laser light path or where the laser beam can be irradiated to avoid fire and explosion;
6). When the machine is working, the circuit is in a state of high voltage and strong current. It is strictly forbidden to touch the circuit components in the machine while working;
7). The operation of this machine by untrained personnel is prohibited.
